Mmmm-um-gow--ah, God will show his pow-ah!

The winter has finally left us far behind and we have run head long into Spring. Upward blissfully ended, Easter came and went, and Track and Field started. We went home for Sunrise service on Easter and Caleb while refusing the balloon, enjoyed the ceremony. Our overlapping activity for the season was choir. The children were working hard on their performances. Elijah's young crew ("directed" by Jessica, who is not eligible to sub again until Haddies is old enough) sang "Lord's Army" and "Jesus Rose from the Grave" both accompanied by a pianist. They were absolutely precious. On a side note, the girl in the middle has caught Elijah's eye as "the girl I'm going to marry".
Rebekah and Caleb were involved in the production "Everyday Warriors" with the skit for Gideon being selected. Both landed pretty big roles, Caleb the biggest male role. It is a play that was catchy with many great lines that will be quoted for a lifetime, much like Chris and Jess' "The Perfect Ten".

Everyone is growing up. Hadassah has found her tongue.

Rebekah lost another tooth having two holes on the bottom line of teeth.

Elijah is picking out his "own outfits". He matched a spiffy set of camo-s.

Caleb selected is one friend-one thing birthday party at Busch Gardens. The theme was Batman. The friend conveniently had a sister close to Rebekah's age. The cake survived being turned upside down. The tailgating for lunch was AWESOME. Minivans were suddenly much more impressive, and suddenly everyone looked more grown up.

We were privileged to host Jessica's brother's family for a night as they visited the area for Jeff's birthday. The cousins hit it off well. Nathan and Jacob were very taken with Hadassah. Jessica enjoyed visiting with Lori while Jeff and Jacob took in an Orioles game.

We've made some new friends and found that Haddie finds the motion of the trampoline soothing enough to sleep on and any child sleeping is always soothing to the parent.

And just in case anyone was still curious this was the snow outside the minivan 5 days after the blizzard on W340.
