Walk like an Egyptian! 
Aren't they the best? Back in Baker, California (on the way out) we struck the Mojave Desert. Chris did a "water, water" scene for the video and collapsed in the desert. It was funny (I know, videos to come I'm struggling with still shots). So we're coming home (that's wherever our nighttime destination is, in this case Uncle 
Bryans') and we pass the desert, no dunes, real DUNES! Oh, excited Shullenbargers. Chris' grin was so big, Jessica 
insisted that we get out and pixilate and look. Of course once out you have to climb them. Yeah, the knee and the sand didn't go real well together. Jessica struggled. Rebekah walked on it like Legolas going up Caradras (chatting away about animals and wind and sand) and Jessica was like Gimli needing a axe to 
fight her way through the slipping sands. (Yeah, eyes of a hawk and ears of a fox that's me.) Anyhoo, the girls did it and returned. Caleb and Elijah had no interest. Rebekah liked it so much she went again this time with Chris. Since Rebekah did it twice Caleb surmised that it must be cooler than it looks (no pun intended). So he followed them both up. Don't worry it was only 106 degrees and windy. Yes, Jessica got sand in her contact.
