Before this week there was last week

Rebekah turned 9 marking her last year in single digits.

Dinner was French Toast with sausage. Dessert was root beer floats. The day was long but beautiful as RE and Jessica made the rounds to the photo shoot, Chuck E Cheese and Baskin' Robbins.

Due to a wardrobe malfunction our appointment ran late. Ana was very patient with us and even produced a seam ripper to remove a tag.

Rebekah went from jeans and dragons at 8 to a gorgeous, floor-length, sleeveless gown from Minki's mom.

The night drew on and on and on. RE and Jess did not return for dinner until 8:30 to a very gracious but equally starving crew.

They played with pets. They drew a pet and an accessory out of buckets and told a story. The doorbell rang ever so often as pet came up for adoption and was paired with the best volunteer.
The birthday party held over Martin Luther King, Jr. was a Littlest Pet Shop theme. We welcomed guests to volunteer at the Littlest Pet Shop Adoption Center. Volunteers filled out paperwork to insure their adoption process was on file.

All volunteers went home with one new pet and accessory. The cake was a LPS cat.
