God bless this boy for making it uber easy on his Mama! "Hey, Mom, I know what we can do--cupcakes with my chess pieces." Oh yeah! (say it like the Twix commerical) Toadstool cupcakes with the characters stuck on.
Party games included "Pin the hat on the Mario" and "Break the Brick" which we didn't get any pictures of but it was fun. We decorated a Christmas box like a brick and the kids had to see how many times they could hit it with their head in 10 seconds. Mama held the brick up at the appropriate height for each contestant.

Presents...the crew (Val! Owen's mom) organized a donation pool and they bought Caleb the two biggest DC Universe Legos. Caleb was so surprised and the crew could barely keep the surprise in! Plus a gift card that he used to buy Catwoman kit.
What really passed the time though was the 4 Nintendo systems Chris set up: the wii in the living room, NES and SNES in the dining room, and the N64 in the basement. All systems sported a Mario game. It was so cool we left the systems out for 2 days. (Don't ask where we ate.)
