At your service

We sculpted trolls out of play dough. Then the trolls went into the oven. They needed to be distracted until the sun came up.



The Dwarven party was moved to sing the Misty Mountains song from the trailer.

Many dwarves showed up at Bag End. 13 to be exact, and they do throw food at the table. No one quite got the mini marshmallow in a friend's mouth but we came close a time or two to raucous excitement.

Jess thought this sound was great.

Gelatin goblin kings to be slashed with toothpicks.

Elevensies: pretzels, carrots, apples, cheese and bread.

Then we had to clean up in dwarf fashion: 
Crush the cups, smash the plates, that's what Bilbo Baggins hates.

Help Bilbo find the ring...

Bilbo's location was confusing.

For the birthday boy--The One Ring whose secrets can only be revealed by fire.

Unfortunately we cut it before we took a picture.

Party favors included their trolls and a bar of Lego soap.
