October Take 1

It all started with a strange question: Do you ever get out? You know alone? (Not like girls night out of ladies care group but something you planned amongst yourselves, spur of the moment.)

And so the birthday cake was born with love and lots of baby holding and some changing too.

The only thing better than batter licking (a no egg cake for all you who might worry) is licking the icing.
Welcome to Bag End.

And more around the house pictures: Our tomatoes are still growing. This one didn't want to give up the vine.

The 10 and 4 year old cruising the backyard.

One of Chris' students brought him "worker's Dunkin Donuts perks". Our Squirrel only cared for the pink icing and sprinkles.
Sisters and drinks--there should be a country song.

Lady Mantis
Our first peppers
Every school bus day usually Fridays sometimes inclement weather 3 friends wave good-bye to Rebekah.

Rainbow cookies

We're getting ready to watch something. I think it was 7 brides for 7 brothers.

She's not going to last the night.

Saturday morning. The sippy and Cheerios are not hers but she fell asleep all by her busy self!
