The rest of the birthday involved Chris taking off Friday, the day before his birthday. He wanted to see the shuttle Discovery at the Udvar-Hazy Center in Dulles.
These always make us happy.
Before when we'd been here the model shuttle Enterprise had been here. The Discovery arrived in the Spring. She is very pretty.
All her tiles are labeled.
After Columbia, Discovery was given a tear drop coming from the left window (our view).
